DXGold. What Can It Be?
In the light of upcoming release of the new DXG system, currently scheduled for May 11, we would like to share some of the most common opinions regarding the nature of this program with our subscribers.
There has been a lot of controversy about it ever since DXG platform was first launched around four years ago. Any investment opportunity offering high returns looks suspicious from the perspective of experienced investors. There is always quite a high chance that programs of this sort might turn out to be nothing but mere pyramid schemes (also known as "ponzies") where early investors are being paid their returns from the deposits of new members. Hence, prior to considering this program as an investment option, it seems to be quite logical to learn more about its business concept. However, DXG chose to remain anonymous and this has caused numerous speculations on the way its business is operated.
The idea of DXG being a "ponzi" does not appear to be logical anymore. The program has managed to sustain of over four years, consistently generating 30-35% of average monthly profit. No ponzi scheme would last for so long with this kind of returns - not to mention that DXG does not conduct any heavy advertising campaigns. Secondly, the system is completely decentralized, so there is no pot of money to run with, as money is in constant circulation between members' e-currency accounts. If DXG administration had a malicious intention of running with the money of its investors, they would have done it a while ago, since most ponzies normally reach their peak within the first year or two. Finally, DXG is not just a passive income scheme - all of its members have to undergo a fairly complicated process of learning how to operate their own console in order to be able to gain income from the system. However, some IT specialists claim that this process can be simplified with an implementation of a less complex preference menu to make the members' participation less time consuming. With proponents considering the DXG software to be genuine and opponents viewing it pretty much as "smoke and mirrors", no opinion is predominant among the program's investors.
Quite many people view the program perceive DXG as an innovation in online business founded by a conglomerate of e-currency exchangers with the purpose of establishing the first floating monetary fiat on the Internet - as opposite to those e-currencies and payment processors whose unit values are backed either by storages of precious metals or tied to the nominal value of US Dollar. The program's affiliates are basically doing two jobs at a time. Firstly, they supply the system with monetary mass in different e-currencies. The amount of money which is in constant circulation within the system upholds the value of DXG own unit - Digot. Digots are currently accepted within the system only but can be easily outexchanged for any of the most popular e-currencies and later on converted to any of the world's currencies. The second job being done by DXG members consists of operating the above-mentioned console to process e-currency exchanges. The supply and demand ratio for e-currencies is very volatile and can be one of the reasons for occasional slowdowns and speed-ups of the system.
Does the program's successful functioning rely on the influx of new funds? Yes, but it does not appear to be a critical aspect. It is quite apparent that the larger monetary mass is in the circulation within the system, the higher the value of Digot is (with Digot being a nominal unit of the floating fiat). This might be a vital factor in the future, once Digots enter the external e-currencies market and start competing with metal-backed monetary units. The diversification of the circulating monetary mass is another important reason for which people might choose to use Digots. Since the back-up of Digots comprises of multiple e-currencies, a higher tendency for its stability can be expected. For instance, if you are dealing with e-currency transactions which involve large amounts of money and the price of their backing metals (such as gold, silver, platinum, or palladium) suddenly drops, you incur quite a loss. However, if you are using monetary units based on a floating fiat, your losses will be minimal (if any) due to a diverse back-up of these units: it is extremely unlikely that all precious metals would drop in price at the same time, since their resources are fairly limited nowadays.
One more thing to be mentioned here is the outburst of discussions on investment forums after it was discovered that in the process of transferring to a new system DXG was using the reserve IP routings of "Net Skies" - an allegedly defunct satellite company recently purchased by "Blackstone Financial Group". The suggested connection between DXG and this well-known corporate establishment has neither been proven nor refuted. Only time will show the effectiveness of this system and its possible future integrity.

Alternative high-yield opportunities: Arbitrage Betting
Arbitrage betting is currently viewed as one of the best legal money-making opportunities on the Internet. It became possible to due to more and more bookmakers opening websites and offering their services online.
The concept of arbitrage betting (also known as "non-loss" betting) is based on differences in odds offered by various bookmakers. It would be highly unlikely for all bookies to offer the same odds, since it would significantly reduce competition and most betters would stick to two or three well-known companies. The task of an arbitrager is to spot those matches for which the difference in odds offered by various bookmakers enables to gain money from placing bets on all possible outcomes of the match no matter how it ends.
Do bookies know about it? Of course, they do. Bookmakers never create an arbitrage situation with their own odds but cannot control their competitors in this plan and are not interested in having the same odds for sport events for the above-mentioned reason. In the end, assuming that you have placed bets on three different outcomes (win - draw - loss) with three different bookies, two of them keep your money and the other one pays out the amount of money you have won. That's why bookies have never attempted to combat arbitrage betting on a large scale and never will. The most important thing, however, that you are a winner regardless of the outcome.
Let's take a look at the way it works on a practical example taken from the Internet - a soccer match in which Poland was playing Latvia. "Bet365" estimated Latvia's victory at 15:1 (15.0) while the odds of "Luvbet" on a draw were 7:1 (7.0). Finally, quite a few bookmakers estimated the possibility of Poland winning the match at 1.35:1 (1.35).
To derive guaranteed profit from this game, you should proportionally distribute your total stake between the three bookmakers. To determine the percentage of money you should place on each outcome you should divide "1" by each of the three odds:
1 / 1.35 = 77.951% (on Poland's victory)
1 / 7.0 = 15.033% (on a draw)
1 / 15.0 = 7.016% (on Poland's loss)
Now let's take a look at all the three possible outcomes:
Poland's victory: 1.35 x 77.951 = 105.23%
Draw: 7.0 x 15.033 = 105.23%
Poland's loss: 15.0 x 7.016 = 105.23%
As you see, in any of the three cases you receive 5.23% of guaranteed net profit.
Now, there might be a couple complications with arbitrage betting. First of all, it's the stake size which is always limited to a certain amount of money. Hence, arbitrage betting can bring you good profits, but you are not likely to become a multi-millionaire by doing it.
Secondly, practically all payment systems which you might consider for sending and withdrawing money charge fees for their services which eat up part of your profits. The optimal way out in this situation would be to eliminate the number of transactions from your bookie balance to your system account balance.
Thirdly, some bookmakers accept only certain methods of payment and currencies, so you might have to open multi-currency accounts with many payment systems.
Fourthly, sometimes it happens for a match to be postponed. Various bookies have different policies for these cases. Some might keep the bat valid until the event takes place; others might validate it as "void" and cancel the bet. To avoid unpleasant situations in this plan always get familiar with the rules of a particular bookmaker prior to placing a bet with them.
Finally, you should place your bets as quickly as possible, since the odds for them might be changing every minute. Also, keep in mind that you should place your bets only with credible bookmakers which are not likely to go bankrupt tomorrow.
Good luck with your betting endeavors!
